The Lost Marching Band Member
It's Thanksgiving Day and a lost guitar (name of an instrument) player is making his way through the Thanksgiving Parade route in Oklahoma City (name of a city). The parade chaos is making it difficult for him to reunite with the Cheerio's (name of a cereal) Marching Band. The musician has to make his way through tigers, (animals, plural) celery, (vegetable, plural) and chairs. (piece of furniture, plural). He sweated (action verb, present tense) for miles, and wonders if he will ever find his toy truck (name of a toy). After walking on his belly (body part, plural) for 1000 (large number) minutes, the band member spots the blue (name of a color) uniforms and the top hats (type of a hat, plural) that his band wears. "Eureka" (a silly word), he exclaims gleefully. Soon the guitar (repeat the name of the instrument player) is back with his band. The band begins to play Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star (name of a song) and merrily marches along.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

My Daddy
My Daddy is a Marine.
He's often gone away
To some far off country
Where he has to stay.
I really miss my Daddy
And I'm not quite sure what he does
Except he helps other people
Who need him very much.
At night when I say my prayers
I ask to keep Daddy safe
So that he can come home to us
And sit in his favorite place.
Some nights I can hear Mommy cry
When she thinks that I'm asleep
I know she misses Daddy
And her sadness hurts real deep.
I know that a day may come
When Daddy may not come home.
It scares me even thinking
that we will be alone.
My Daddy is a Marine
He's often gone away
And I am so very proud of him
Each and every day.
Come home to us Daddy,
When your job is done.
I know that those people needed you,
But they aren't the only ones.

Kung-Fu

One: 一 = yuht. to say "yuht" say it with an exclaimation mark. like this, "Yuht!" but say it fast and shortly.
Two: 二 = yee. to say "yee" say it lowly and longer than "yuht."
Three: 三 = sahm. say it normally.
Four: 四 = say. Say it like you would say, "Say that." Emphasis on the "say"
Five: 五 = mmm. this is tricky. Instead of saying, "Mmm!" Like you tasted something good. Say it lowly and without expression, "Mmm."
Six: 六 = look. Say it like "yuht!"
Seven: 七 = Tchut. "Tch" and then the "ut" sound.
Eight: 八 = Baht. Say it like what is looks like.
Nine: 九 = gow. The "O" is long.
Ten: 十 = Sup. Say it like, "What's sup" Emphasis on the "sup"

San Onofres Beach
Here I was digging a giant hole
in the sand with some other kids.
And when we dug a little deeper
we saw a little water in the bottom!

Fishing
One fine summer day, two fathers and sons went fishing at their favorite lake. They fished and talked all morning long and by noon everyone had caught one fish. As the two fathers and two sons walked back home, everyone was happy because each had a fish even though only three fish had been caught.
Two fathers, and two sons. Only three fish, and no fish were lost. How can this have happened?
How it was done:
One 3 people went fishing. A boy, his father, and his grandfather: 2 sons, and 2 fathers!
Ha, ha, ha, That's funny!!!! I want to go fishing when my Dad gets home!!!!
